I have international experience working in the space of co-creation and participatory practice, and have witnessed the transformative power of people connecting authentically and using processes which promote co-creation and change. Mel GeltchI'm an organiser, designer, host and harvester of work that matters. The principles and practices of the Art of Hosting and self organising human systems support me in my work and life.
My experience in communications, engagement, events and change enriches my practice, and I am at my best when learning and co-creating with others in complex spaces and with wicked problems. I’m a co-founder of a collaborative enterprise, Campfire Coop, a platform for doing purposeful work that benefits people and the planet, for practicing a more human way of doing business, and for learning about ourselves and each other. |
Deb PughI am EO at the New England Sector Support Team in Armidale. I have worked in the community care sector for over twenty five years.
I have Nursing and Teaching qualifications, and experience in direct service provision and have completed several university qualifications culminating in a Masters Degree in Adult Education and Training. I am a keen student of participatory leadership, and am very excited to be involved in the hosting of another event in the New England/ North West. |

I have attended two trainings and I knew from the very first moment that I had found my tribe. I am a passionate artist and use it not only as a creative outlet but also as an expressive tool to convey certain ideas. I also take pride in conservation of the environment and do everything in my power to make that happen around me. |
Jen CarlinI have over 20 years’ experience in the Aged and Community Care industry, with qualifications in Aged Care Nursing, Dementia Support, Diversional Therapy and Case Management.
