THE ART OF HOSTING & HARVESTING CONVERSATIONS THAT MATTER

3 day training  |  Gunnedah  |  28-30 May 2018

What becomes possible when we collaborate with purpose?

Many of us are looking for new ways to work in purposeful, authentic collaboration in our communities. The Art of Hosting and Harvesting Conversations that Matter (also known as the Art of Participatory Leadership) training offers simple and powerful participatory models, processes and practices to work with others through complexity, uncertainty and change.

We warmly invite you to join us for this 3-day training event in Gunnedah - where collaboration is alive, and more important than ever. Together we will discover how we can create and host spaces for collaboration that generates wise action - in our organisations, communities, businesses and families.

  • The Art of Hosting Conversations That Matter as a core leadership framework, practice and skill set
  • Simple and powerful social tools such as: Circle, World Café, Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space Technology, Designing for Wiser Action, storytelling and more
  • Complementary models and frameworks including complexity theory and practice
  • Authentic presence and leadership, and working with emergence
  • Real world application

Who is it for?

  • Anyone and everyone who wants to explore the power of collective creativity, intelligence, and collaboration with each other and within their communities
  • Community and not for profit leaders, business leaders, social entrepreneurs, and their teams
  • Next generation leaders
  • Government leaders, policy officers, and program managers
